Quality assurance is an integral part of any company in today's competitive marketplace, and we take it very seriously.
- Each part molded has an individual part inspection plan set up to our customer's requirements.
- Parts inspection using our Micro Vu Measuring system, .14" optical comparator and Nikon Zoom Microscope.
- Other capabilities that we offer include: First article inspections, process capability studies, gage R/R, statistical process control and in process inspections.
- We also have the capability to perform PPAPs.
We are a molder with the full capability to work competently with our customers to transform their design into a finished product.
