Plastic Injection Molding Capabilities
Our plastics manufacturing facility is proud to support the US injection molding industry by employing a local team of experienced and dedicated operators who run equipment ranging from 50 tons to 943 tons of clamping pressure, capable of injecting as much as 144 oz. of material per cycle.
Our computer controlled molding machines give optimal efficiency in set-up, process control and monitoring. Our machines enable us to build processes for repeatability to help secure reduced labor costs and lower reject rates, saving you money.
- Plastic injection molding: 11 machines ranging from 50 to 943 ton clamping force.
- Shot Capacity: from 2 ounces up to 144 ounces per cycle.
- Custom Colors: We can custom match any colors needed.
- Insert molding: which allows for other components (e.g. metal parts and other plastic parts) to be completely integrated into the plastic molded part in cycle.
- Over molding:which uses different component materials and integrates them into a single part, much like what you might see with a cable assembly; a soft elastomer material is molded onto a rigid handle like a shovel handle.
- Gas Assist: we have a 4 station Battenfeld gas assist .
- Fully Air Conditioned building: Our 30,000 square feet building is fully air conditioned to maintain stability in the heat and humidity providing consistent molding.
- Silo: Our silo can hold up to 50,000#s of material for those large projects. Buying in bulk greatly reduces the cost of the material.
